Proposed Morana reservoir is constructed across Ulhitiyaoya at a location called “Morana” and water is diverted to Rotagollawewa in order to overcome the shortage of water at Nagadeepa scheme. Rotagollawewa is located at the downstream of the Nagadeepa reservoir. Revised allocation for year 2016 was Rs. 1074.33 million and cumulative expenditure at the end of July 2016 was Rs. 833.76 million. Performance at the end of July 2016 as follows.
